In search of innovation

Avoid finding a Solution in search of a Problem. Instead, find a Problem in search of a Solution.

Understand who your customers are and what they need. Are you B2B or B2C or B2B2C or B2G? Then, build a product that solves their problems.

KISS - Keep It Simple, Stupid. Some things are better left uncomplicated.

Fail fast, fail often. Learn from your mistakes and iterate quickly.

Think about whether you are building a feature or a product. A feature is a part of a product, while a product is a solution to a problem.

Ensure that your infrastructure is actually doable and scalable. You don't want to be stuck with a product that can't grow with your business.

Lastly, have heart and passion. No one wants to work with someone who doesn't care about what they're doing.
